1. The parties

Seller: THABIT BJØRKHAUG, org. no. 938612897, Sykehusgata 15A, 1767, Halden, thaabit.wear@gmail.com, tel. +44 7472 158138 ("Thabit"). The buyer is the consumer placing the order.

2. These terms

These terms apply to purchases in the Thabit online store. The agreement is governed by Norwegian consumer law (forbrukerkjøpsloven, angrerettloven and ehandelsloven), which gives the buyer rights that cannot be waived.

3. Agreement

The agreement is binding once the buyer has submitted the order and received an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices

All prices are in Norwegian kroner. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the purchase is confirmed.

5. Payment

Payment methods are shown at checkout. The amount is charged when the goods are shipped.

6. Delivery

We ship to addresses in Norway. Delivery times are shown in our shipping policy. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. Notify us at thaabit.wear@gmail.com or with the cancellation form before the deadline, and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We refund the purchase price, including the original standard shipping cost, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, and may withhold payment until the goods are returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the buyer's own measurements.

8. Complaints about defects

If the goods are defective, notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, and no later than two years after receiving the goods.

9. Personal data

We process personal data in line with our privacy policy.

10. Disputes

We aim to resolve disagreements amicably. The buyer may also contact Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council) for mediation.
